SNDBX Minecraft Creator STEAM Camp

Ages 6–12 | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM | $250/week (lunch included)

Your kid already builds in Minecraft at home. This week, they learn to build for real — and other people actually play what they create.

SNDBX Minecraft Creator STEAM Camp teaches kids how to design, build, and launch their own playable Minecraft mini-games. They'll explore creator tools, learn game design fundamentals, collaborate with their team, and use AI to generate professional-looking logos and title cards for their creations. On Friday, the other campers playtest their games — and then they show the whole thing off to parents at our big-screen Parent Showcase.

That's the STEAM part. The rest of the day is the part you'll love even more. Outdoor physical games matched to the day's theme. Hands-on creative sessions — Lego challenges, physical-to-digital art projects using AI, group games, and the kind of team bonding that turns strangers into friends by Tuesday.

Out of a full seven-hour day, only two hours are spent on screens. The rest is running around, creating stuff, and actually talking to other humans. In person. With their faces.

What to know:

• 18 campers max per week — small enough for real attention, big enough for real fun
• Three age-based groups so everyone's challenged at the right level
• All of it happens on a movie theater big screen, because why would you build a world on a laptop when you could see it 30 feet wide?

All SNDBX camps take place inside a real movie theater. All gaming and activities happen on the big screen. Outdoor activities take place on-site and move indoors for weather. Lunch is provided daily. Space is limited to 18 campers per week — once a camp is full, it's full.
